We are a team of solicitors and ancillary staff who are committed to helping the victims of abuse claim their legal rights and find whatever legal remedies are available to them. Since 1994 the firm has developed a niche market in child abuse compensation claims and now has the UK’s largest dedicated Child Abuse compensation claims department.   Peter is one of the founder members of a nationwide group called  A.C.A.L. We can help survivors who were abused in England or Wales, but are now living outside the UK.  In certain circumstances we can even help where the abuse took place outside the country, but the person or organization responsible has assets within England and Wales. This is a complicated situation and we would have to assess each case individually.

Survivors: It is recommended that you contact someone in your area, city, province or state. For example, an Australian lawyer will probably not be able to help someone in Canada, the USA or Europe. However, there may be cases that arise where someone would need to contact a distant lawyer - therefore, we hope to hear from lawyers from a variety of locations.
