One effective way to fight child abuse is to deter those who abuse children and expose the truth and secrets about child abuse! This site supports survivor's efforts to do just that because their books raise awareness about how child abusers operate, how they get away with their crimes and how being abused affects the child at the time — and for the rest of their lives — because child abuse can never be 'undone'.

These books have been written by survivors of child abuse about their ordeals and recovery. Although they may be triggering, they may also be helpful for anyone, male or female, who is struggling with similar experiences.

If you're not a survivor, you may find yourself repulsed by the secrets adults force children to keep!

Some very nasty people say survivors are trying to 'cash in' or 'profit' from their abuse but only best-selling authors, producers or other exploiters profit from the stories of victimization — very rarely does the victim receive a penny — even for treatment!

Most of these books are written by one-time book writers and the authors/survivors will be lucky if they even recover the costs incurred to have their cathartic books published!

Yet they are determined!

They recognize the need to let society know the truth about child abuse in efforts to fight it and they feel an overwhelming need to do something to help other survivors! This degree of compassion can only be found in someone who's been there, done that — and survived!

People need to read these books to understand and to remain outraged and motivated enough to help us help others!

Sometimes the author receives nothing towards recovering their costs — which leaves the survivor feeling further drained emotionally and financially and feeling used and abused by society.
